Mike Horsfield
Mike Horsfield was born and grew up in Durham in the North of England. He studied at Durham University from 1982 to 85.
As an artist he is mostly self taught and works in pen and ink, marker pens, fine liners and watercolour washes. His work is inspired by the Weird Tales of the 30s and 40s, Yves Tanguy and Kay Sage, two of the Surrealists and the illustrations of Sergio Toppi.
He has exhibited at Eastercon and Novacon in the UK.
Mike lives in Brighton on the South Coast of England and divides his time between SF artwork and teaching Chi Gung.
