Special Committee Award
The Chair and Committee of Glasgow 2024 presented a Special Committee Award to Dungeons & Dragons, on the celebration of its 50th Anniversary.
Dungeons & Dragons is a fantasy role-playing game that was introduced in 1974 by designers Dave Arneson and Gary Gygax. The award was presented by Glasgow 2024 chair Esther MacCallum-Stewart at the convention’s Opening Ceremony, and accepted by Chris Perkins, creative director at Wizards of the Coast.
