All Hail Discordia
The Glasgow 2024 Discord can feel a little overwhelming. Look for the large categories, like General Discussion, Worldcon Discussions, and Programme and let those guide you. There are also channels for each programme room. Curious about which authors were mentioned in the Introduction to Scottish SFF panel in Castle 1? Someone posted a list in the Discord! Look under Programming, then for the room name.

Programme Replays
Replays in the RingCentral Events system will be available until 31st December, but the Event itself shuts at 23:55 on Monday. So if you want to watch replays after the convention, be sure to activate your online login before then.

Conscius Esto!
The SEC is required by law to be very strict about room capacity and crowds that may impair everyone’s ability to exit in case of an emergency.
Meeting rooms and the exhibition halls will have SEC stewards at the entrances. They will be in a uniform, with a white shirt and blue and red striped tie, with or without a blue jacket or cardigan.
Conscius Esto! (2)
Please keep in mind the following:
•Standing in the back of a meeting room is not allowed unless a steward has given permission.
•If an event is labelled as being for those 18 or over, the steward may request proof of age if there is any question. Even if accompanied by a parent, those under 18 will not be admitted.
•Do not linger in the doorway to see if a panel is interesting. Please move into the room and find a seat. The steward at the door will remind you to please take a seat.
•If the steward says the room is full, please find another event to attend.
•If a steward asks you to move along, please do so promptly, as you may be creating a choke point in the traffic flow.
Conscius Esto! (short version)
Don’t overcrowd the rooms.
Please cooperate with the SEC stewards if they ask you to move.
Be sensible.
Get there as early as you can! Even panellists are being turned away.

Art Show Closeout
Art Show bidders should visit the Art Show in Hall 5 to check if they have been successful, between 17:00 and 18:45 on Sunday or between 10:00 and 12:00 on Monday. You can leave your artwork hanging if you do not wish to take it away immediately, but all artwork must be collected by 12:00 on Monday. Bubble wrap and bags are available if needed.

Volunteers Still Needed
We still need volunteers for Con Ops, Voice of Online, and Move-Out on Tuesday. Please go to Con Ops (on main SEC concourse next to the Deli & Bakery) for Con Ops roles, to Programme Ops in Boisdale for Voice of Online, and the Volunteer desk in Hall 4 for Move-Out.
Transport Options
If you’re too late for the last train to Glasgow Central at 21:00 on Sunday, the X19 bus runs until 23:14 and stops on Govan Road outside the Village Hotel, and then on Finnieston Street to the east of the Hilton Garden Inn.
Freebie Library Leftovers
If anyone who has donated bookmarks, business cards, flyers, postcards or any other non-book freebies would like to collect their leftovers, please do so before Hall 4 closes at 16:00 on Monday. Anything left after then will be recycled (books will go to local charitable partners).
